Been coming here for years and they are always so sweet and welcoming! All the staff are very friendly and fun to talk to and are good at explaining things well! They all seem to care a lot of about the patients and all have a good heart. Big thanks to Vanessa and Dr.Shim who helped me out and are both kind people that have a true passion for there job! I've been a patient with Warwick Valley dental for more than 10 years. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and caring. They are upfront and honest about recommendations and treatment. They even go so far as to show you photographs and x-rays of problem areas. From the time I became a patient they made sure I knew all of their policies and what to expect which I appreciate. They spend a lot of time going over the details and offer their assistance any way they can to help me maintain my dental care. I trust Warwick Valley Dental with the dental care for me and my family. Thanks to everyone at the practice.

The staff here at Warwick Valley Dental are great. Michelle at the front desk is always so helpful. Leah the hygienist is awesome. She is always friendly & personable. I just met Vanessa & Dr Shim and they seem to be very nice. If you choose this practice you will not be disappointed.

I recently moved to the area and was recommended Warwick Valley Dental by a family member who said they loved Dr Patel. I wanted an appointment quickly and the first available was with Dr. Shim and I’m so happy I ended up in her chair and at this practice. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly my first appointment I had Leah as a hygienist and she gave me an awesome pain free cleaning and managed to encourage me to be a better flosser without lecturing. Dr Shim was excellent at explaining the findings and any work I needed to have done and I felt confident in her assessment on what needs to be taken care of and what needs to be watched. I returned today for some filling repair (from a previous dentist). Today’s team of hygienist Vanessa and Dr Shim was a dream team. I have never felt so comfortable in a dentist chair (with my mouth open for over an hour). Dr Shim was methodical and clear and made sure I was happy with how everything felt after. She also somehow got my overlapped front teeth completely white without mentioning it. I can’t recommend this office enough.

I had a really great experience with my recent dental work. The entire process was smooth, and the quality of care was excellent. Everyone took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit, which I really appreciated. I also want to give a special shoutout to Jill, the office manager. She was incredibly friendly, organized, and helpful from start to finish. She made scheduling easy and handled all the details with professionalism and kindness, which made the whole experience stress-free. It’s not always easy to find a dental office that combines skilled care with such a welcoming atmosphere, but this team really delivers. Highly recommend!

I went to Warwick Valley Dental for the first time today and had a great experience. The entire team was pleasant, thorough, and very professional. I really appreciated how transparent they were about my treatment plan and next steps. Michele and Melissa were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even more comfortable from start to finish. Overall, I felt well cared for and informed throughout my appointment. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a positive and trustworthy dental experience. The dental assistant, hygienist and Dr. Patel are so pleasant!

I recently had a wonderful visit to the dental office. The reception staff always provides a warm and efficient welcome putting you at ease! For this visit I had the pleasure of having Dr. Shim for my services. She was fantastic, professional, knowledgeable and incredibly kind. She took the time to discuss my dental health and procedure in detail. Her demeanor gave me reassurance that I was in good hands. From the moment I walked into this office, I knew I was in good hands. Dental work can be stressful, especially when you’re facing procedures like root canals, crowns, and fillings, but the entire team made what could have been a very overwhelming experience feel comfortable, manageable, and genuinely positive. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Patel. He performed my root canals, and his level of skill, professionalism, and attention to detail was truly impressive. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered every question I had, and made sure I was comfortable throughout each procedure. Root canals have a reputation for being intimidating, but Dr. Patel completely changed that perception for me. His calm demeanor, confidence, and expertise immediately put me at ease, and the procedures were far smoother and more comfortable than I ever expected. I also want to recognize Dr. Shim, who completed my crowns and fillings. Dr. Shim’s precision, professionalism, and dedication to quality are exceptional. It was clear that she genuinely cared about achieving the best possible outcome, not only functionally but aesthetically as well.
